Nutrition Session: Healthy Food for Living

“The first wealth is health.”

A health talk was organized by our HR team recently on August 9 to share about the importance of dietary intake in our daily life. We invited Ms Adele Wong, a certified nutritionist from Nutrition Track. It was a well spent 2-hour session highlighting the awareness of healthy diets. An insightful take on emphasis of food intake, right meal proportion and food sources for a better lifestyle. We ended the session with our monthly birthday celebration with the team.
